Happy weekend everyone! Today I would like to share with you my Guacamole recipe. I’ve been eating a lot of egg sandwiches for brunch and Guac goes so well with it.
This recipe suggests the use of cheese, however if you’d like to make your Guac vegan-friendly, leave the cheese out. I can guarantee, it will still taste amazing.

Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make the Guac:
- 2 Soft, Ripened Avocados
- Half Small Red Onion
- 5-10 Cherry tomatoes
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese (or similar) – Optional
- Half freshly squeezed lemon juice

Ingredients
- 2 Soft, Ripened Avocados
- Half Small Red Onion
- 5-10 Cherry tomatoes
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese (or similar) – Optional
- Half freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions
- Cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit and scoop out the inside of the shell into a bowl.
- Finely dice half of the small onion and 5-10 cherry tomatoes. Add to the avocado.
- Add freshly squeezed juice from a half lemon.
- Mix and mash everything together until the guacamole is smooth.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and 1 Tbsp of grated Parmesan cheese.
