1. Blue Dragon – Pad Thai Noodle Kit
This noddle kit is a great quick meal to make for the evening when you don’t have a lot of time to cook but you also want to avoid getting a take away.
The kit is a great base for a meal, allowing you to add your preferred ingredients to make it your favourite way.
I suggest a fast dish, mixing with Quorn Bites, frozen vegetables, and top off with a drop of lemon juice.

2. Quorn – Mince
Quorn frozen mince has become my favourite mince alternative ever. It’s perfect for lasagne or buritto bowls. The seasoning is just right and it is rare if I do add seasoning to intensify the taste.
Additional bonus is that you can get it in a standard pack or in the big, family style pack.

3. Deluxe (Lidl) – Halloumi Fries
I came across these during one of my shopping trips to Lidl in October. I am fan Halloumi so I thought I’d give it a go as it would be a nice alternative to a starter.
Overall, I thought they were okay. They didn’t come out nice and crispy on the outside as expected, and the flavour was just fine too. I probably won’t get them again.

4. Tesco – Blueberry Wheats
Tasty cereal alternative filled with sweet blueberry filling. Compared to some cereal on the market, these Blueberry Wheats make you feel full. They are also Vegan!

5. Quorn – Crispy Fillets
Another product from Quorn! I have bought these with the idea of serving on the side with creamy potatoes or cutting it up and adding to salads.
Overall I enjoyed the fillets and will purchase again but I will continue searching for other similar option.

6. Quorn – Vegetarian Chicken & Bacon Lattices
These Lattices are super tasty. Once cooked, the outside remains nice and crispy while the inside is filled with a delicious creamy sauce. Perfect for dinner with a side of veg and creamy tomatoes.
