1. Linda McCartney’s – Vegetarian Southern-Style Chicken
You can never go wrong with Linda McCartney’s products. These are perfect as finger food or as I have used them, as a chicken replacement in a curry dish. Super tasty and you get a good amount of the product in the pack.

2. Lidl – Red Onion & Goats Cheese Lattices
I’m a big fan of goats cheese combined with caramelised onions. It creates an interesting balance of flavours. In this particular dish however, I felt it was nice but I wasn’t overly satisfied.
Overall, I enjoyed it but it didn’t blow me away – hence 3/5 stars.

3. Linda McCartney’s – Vegetarian Country Pies
Another of Linda McCartney’s product this month. As mentioned above, I find it hard to go wrong with this brand. These pies didn’t disappoint. I really enjoy the flavours. The only challenge is making sure the pie crust is fully baked without burning the top of the pie!

4. Lidl – Porcini Mushroom & Ricotta Tortelloni
This Porcini Mushroom and Ricotta Tortelloni from Lidl is a product that makes it’s way to my shopping basket nearly every time I go to Lidl. The flavours of the mushrooms and the texture are super lovely and go so well with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese for a quick dinner idea.

5. Loma – Tuna & Mayo
This tuna alternative definitely surprised me. I have tried a number of tuna alternatives in the past and most of them were truly terrible. This product however, was super delicious! Back in the day tuna, mayo and sweetcorn was one of my go to sandwichs. Tuna & Mayo from Loma only needs sweetcorn to bring me back in time. If you haven’t tried it yet, I would highly recommend you do.
